This XRay shows Meddie's pelvic condition approximately 4 months after her injuries. You can see at the right that her pelvis remains crushed inwards towards her spine at the right. You can also see that the left side has healed oddly, There's visibly a mass around the area where the right leg mounts in the pelvis. You can also the break in her tail, which did not heal; she carries it like a folded over flag. I was hoping for something less obviously "not right", but the bottom line is she can now walk, run and jump, she has feeling in all her legs, and she seems happy. We just had her neutered, she's had all her shots, and it only remains to have her sutures out in two weeks, then she hopefully won't have to go back to the vet for many years. EXIF:
