HAM-E
| This was graphics hardware for the Amiga. It captured the digital output of the Amiga graphics and converted them to 18-bit hold-and-modify or 256-register, 24-bit display modes. More of my "back in the Amiga days" memories. This is a scan of one of our magazine ads; there's moire in the scan, and it affects the quality of some of the screen shots in the ad, unfortunately. The output of the HAM-E was ultra-clean. This was produced at a time when the Amiga could only output 32 colors in register mode, or 4096 colors in HAM mode — so it was quite a step up.
