| Mom, you know you have to get the batteries inserted a certain way, right? Because if you don't, that stupid remote will be a brick. You know that, right? Well, we're just checking. Better safe than sorry. You paying attention, mom? Is that the positive terminal? Did you get the other one in right? If one of the two batteries is in backwards, it just won't work, you know that, right? And what fun will that new HD drive for the 360 be if the remote isn't working, eh? Good thing we're here to help. On the left, Asia; and Otis on the right. Both locally rescued cats, but picked up years apart. They may very well be related, but we don't actually know that. Otis tested positive for FELUC when we found him; Asia was inoculated for it and isolated from him for his first 90 days with us while her immune system percolated, and so far over several years shows no sign of any problems. For that matter, Otis doesn't either. They're both 100% indoor cats, with about 3,000 square feet they can run around in.
