You may be thinking "What? But noodles..." yes, well. Those are Amy's Bowl's Broccoli and Cheddar Bake, which are made with rice noodles. Unlike most rice noodle products I have tried, this one is actually very good.
GF20G The steak is a top sirloin cut. I anointed both sides with garlic salt and pepper, then cooked it, also at medium heat but on the GF20G's grill side at the same time I cooked the asparagus on the griddle side. The GF20G is a kitchen item I cannot possibly recommend highly enough. The grill side cooks quickly and without spatter, so cleanup is easy. It also cooks on both the top and the bottom at the same time, so there's no need to turn burgers or steak; and with steak, you can tell how "done" your cut is by just looking in the side. The grease from the cook drips into a container, making it simple to deal with. The surfaces get more than hot enough just on medium heat, so there's plenty of reserve if you need it. If this thing ever dies, another will be on the way to me as fast as I can find one.
