Comet C/2007 N3 (Lulin)
Canon EOS 50D, Hooded Canon EF 85 mm ƒ/1.8 USM prime @ ƒ/1.8, ISO 12800, 3.2 sec. exposure with 2 sec. shutter delay, fixed (non-tracking) tripod, 30 exposures stacked, adjusted for levels, and then processed for CA removal in WinImages running under Parallels, cropped and converted to JPEG in Aperture, with final critical noise reduction in Nik Dfine (highly recommended! I also own "Noise Ninja", and Dfine is far better, especially at dealing with banding and leaving fewer post-cleanup artifacts.)
