Inside, looking out. This is the second of four windows for our home's southern exposure. Deb finished it a couple of days ago, Brian and I put it up today. Late afternoon sunlight is coming from the right, you can see bright spots on the left. The window is about six feet tall and starts at about chin level inside the house, and about at ten feet above the ground outdoors. These replace our old, leaky casement windows with dual layer glass; the exterior layer is almost indestructible, chosen because we get ferocious hailstorms once or twice a year. We lost our entire western exposure of windows one year... don't want that to happen again! EXIF:
