CMJ-IF
| CMJ stands for "Chuck, Mike and Jerry." Chuck is me — I designed the board, Mike did the PCB layout (manually, on a light table) and Jerry was the financial backer of the project. IF stands for "Interface." This design was used with the Radio Shack Color Computer's side port; its primary purpose was to connect to the CMJ-TU which provided digital demodulation of various modes such as CW, SSTV, RTTY and so on. In addition, it provided EPROM space and a hardware speech synthesizer, and provided dual parallel ports if not being used with the CMJ-TU. 1983. #design #florida #sstv #coco #cmjif #cmj #hardware
