Set of GUI tuning controls
CTR on/off for GUI tuning
+/- span window tuning controls (< W,W >)
When APH is off, +/- ham band sets CW mode instead of SSB
GUI adjusted somewhat
APH now saved and restored on program start
AMS now saved and restored on program start
NB relabeled to NBL
Anti-R relabeled as -Ri
OL relabeled as OVL
Expanded the User Manual section of the documentation
