600 mm Test
Some fun with the Sigma 600 mm ƒ/8 catadioptric lens. Some flowers in a planter on our deck about 10 feet from where I was sitting. It's tough to focus 600 mm handheld, let me tell you... and it's not like this is a sharp lens anyway. I think I hit that chain, actually. Sheesh. Also, this shot demonstrates what happens when something in the frame isn't in focus; cat lenses have weird, donut-shaped bokeh, so you want to use them where everything is in focus. Unless you have a donut fetish. Mmmmm, donuts. EXIF:
