The top right is a mercury vapor streetlight, the yellow at top and left are sodium lamps, center, at street level, is a portable sign, the kind you can slide letters into like a theater marquee, the magenta at the lower right is an animated LED sign for a coffee shop, and the blue and red above it is a side view of a supermarket sign. Trust me, it doesn't look near as appealing without the rain...
