Looking Into Our New Entryway
This is the entrance-eye view of our new entryway, finally we got past the bare OSB stage. 😊 Those doors at the end open up into the main house space. They serve to keep the kitties in the main house, and give us a buffer so that if they do run out, it's only into the entryway and not the street, where they would become kitty-pancakes in seconds along highway 2. Deb tiled the floor and did the wallpaper and trim; together, we put up the ceiling panels and she routed the trim for that and put it up. I put up the doors, built all the walls and wired them. This was just part of a big cubic empty interior of the church when we moved in. On the other side of the wall on the left is the new bathroom, and the wall on the right is an exterior wall. The location the image was taken from is the vestibule, a 10x10 space behind the main double doors; it also contains a staircase leading to the lower floor. EXIF:
