James Blish and Friend
| Upon consulting She Who Should Know (Judy ), it appears that the cat in JBs arms here was a cat yclept "Formed Stool Conway." The other Blish-owning cats were "Blackout", "Blackout 2", and "Littler", the latter so called due to a perky little mustache. Clearly, this one has no such mustache and so cannot be Littler; and the Blackouts were both all black. So by process of elimination, this does indeed seem to represent a valid historical record of his honorable fuzziness, Formed Stool Conway.
