Tuning around SW using SdrDx this evening... lots of instances of radio Havana, a couple of evangelical stations, and this, which presently has some Evangelical music, and identifies as a show called "Music to the World" so I guess that makes three. Although radio Havana is kind of fun, especially the DX radio program, I sure do miss the days when the BBC was on 6175 kHz, and you could hear the Russians, all kinds of eastern Europeans, Ecuador, and so on. At least we can still hear the national stations from Australia, Japan, and China from time to time. And the military, CB'ers, amateurs, pirates and utilities are as active as ever. One thing that's actually better now, though, is that all those low power 1 kW and up stations in Africa and South America and out in the Pacific can now get through since the bands aren't so crowded. But they're darned difficult to catch here in Montana!
